Booking conditions
- To confirm the booking, a deposit of 10% of the total stay must be paid by bank transfer or Bizum.
- In case of cancellation, the deposit is only refunded if we can rebook the entire house for the same dates.
- At weekends the entire house is rented with private jacuzzi and pool for a minimum of 10 guests / €800. Even if fewer guests stay, the total rate will never be reduced.
- Peak dates (Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Epiphany, Saint John's Eve, among others) are rented for a minimum of 10 guests, for a preset number of nights and at special rates available on request.
- The house sleeps up to 14 guests: 10 in 5 bedrooms (4 doubles and 1 twin) plus 2 extra beds and 2 on the sofa bed, at an additional cost of €25 per person per night.
- Staying with more guests than booked is not allowed without prior notice and payment, bearing in mind the house has a maximum capacity of 10 guests + 4 extra beds.
- Visitors to the house must be notified to the owners in advance.
- Parties with music are NOT allowed, to preserve the peace of the place and the neighbours' rest.
- Weekend check-in and check-out: check-in Friday from 16:00 – check-out Sunday at 18:00.
- By confirming the booking, you accept the cancellation policy and the general rental conditions.
